On Saturday, May 18th, the UF Pediatric Trauma Program/Division of Pediatric Surgery will be hosting our inaugural CMN Hospitals Dash & Bash 5K on the UF campus to raise money in support of the Pediatric Trauma program. Please see the attached flyer for additional details and a QR code to register/donate. Funds raised from this event will help support children (and families) who are admitted to UF Health Children’s Hospital with traumatic injuries. Our American College of Surgeons Level 1 Pediatric Trauma program is 1 of only 6 in the entire state of Florida and we often admit children with the most complex traumatic injuries. The funds, while modest, can provide much needed supplies and treats for injured children, supplies for families in their moments of need, and educational support for our program’s mission.
